“There is none holy as the Lord: for there is none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God.” (1 Sam. 2:2 KJV)
Hannah’s story in 1 Samuel 1 & 2 shows a woman who endured hardship faithfully, praying to God in her sorrow, believing that He hears us in our desperate moments.
The story begins with Hannah’s tears, and ends with her joyful song as she keeps her vow and brings her son to the Lord, dedicated for His service.
We’ll dig into the details of this story, as well as Hannah’s prayers. We’ll see one person’s part in one small part of God’s much bigger story.
We’ll be reminded that God is always there, that He always hears our prayers.
We’ll see that He’s always working out His perfect plan in His timing.
