Psalm 27: Whom Shall I Fear?

Join us in November 2020 to study this bold Psalm of David, who learned to find confidence in God through all kinds of troubles and uncertainty!

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

When evildoers assail me to eat up my flesh,
my adversaries and foes, it is they who stumble and fall.

Though an army encamp against me, my heart shall not fear;
though war arise against me, yet I will be confident.

One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,
to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.

Psalm 127:1-4

What Others Have Said

A Firm Anchor

Absolutely LOVED studying this Psalm 27 study! I learned so very very much! David’s life wasn’t perfect either, and he definitely had enemies surrounding him—yet he counted on, depended on, and claimed God’s promises. Not just the promises that he SAW happening, but even the promises that he was not yet seeing fulfilled—he grabbed onto them and hung on for dear life. Exactly what we can do during these troublesome times!
